You may also make your complaint orally. Our written complaints procedures are available from us on request.
If you are not happy with the way we have resolved your complaint and you are an eligible complainant, you may have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). The FOS offers a free, independent review service for resolving complaints. For further information regarding the FOS, please see their website or contact them directly.
Please note that if longer than six months has passed since our final response letter, the FOS may not be able to consider your complaint other than in very limited circumstances (including where the FOS believes that the delay was the result of exceptional circumstances).
