Raymond Sagayam appointed as Managing Partner

Raymond Sagayam joined Pictet Asset Management (Pictet AM) in 2010 as Head of Total Return Fixed Income to build and expand the firm’s long-short credit capabilities. His strong investment and management track record led him to be appointed Chief Investment Officer of Fixed Income for Pictet AM and a member of its Executive Committee in 2017. In addition to these responsibilities, he was named Equity Partner of the Group in 2018 and Head of Pictet AM London in 2022.

Prior to joining Pictet, Raymond was a Managing Director at Swiss Re Asset Management in London. He has more than 25 years of industry experience, with a focus on fixed income investing across all major geographies.

Raymond grew up in Washington D.C., Kuala Lumpur, Beijing, Singapore and London. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE) and a Master’s in Contemporary Theology from the University of London. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
