About Hugo Hickson
Hugo focuses on supporting portfolio companies with strategy, digitalisation, operational improvements, sales and pricing optimisation, and professionalisation of ESG. He joined Pictet from McKinsey & Company, bringing over 10 years’ experience of helping European businesses improve and grow. Prior to McKinsey, he worked at Procter & Gamble’s European headquarters, focusing on top-line growth, strategy and project management. Hugo has an MA (Cantab) in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge.
