This year, in addition to learning about traditional banking roles, the 120 students discovered the variety of jobs on a construction site. They enjoyed a climb to the 16th floor for a stunning view of Geneva and tried their hand at operating an excavator.

A big thanks to the HRS staff (our general contractor) for creating such an original and unforgettable programme!
