Pictet Connect log in

New users will no longer need a physical security token to log in to Pictet Connect

We are pleased to announce that all new users will be able to log in to Pictet Connect using our mobile applications and will no longer need a physical security token.

The main advantage of this system are:

  • You can log in to Pictet Connect more easily and just as securely using digital authentication
  • You can use two different mobile devices to log in – a smartphone and/or a tablet
  • You no longer need to memorise your passwords or access codes thanks to the biometric recognition system
  • It makes logging in easier when you’re on the go because you no longer have to take the security token with you

For you and your colleagues, this new login procedure requires:

  • a mobile device (smartphone or tablet)
  • downloading our Pictet Safe Connect application on the mobile device

Log in with Safe Connect

Existing users will still be able to log in to Pictet Connect using their token. Any user who would like to take advantage of this new entirely digital login can simply download Pictet Safe Connect and follow the on-screen instructions.
