New design
The online account opening and KYC review module has been redesigned to provide you with clear guidance at every step of the process.
Simplified navigation
Many improvements have been made to make it easier to use the system, such as:
A progress bar at the top of the screen that helps you work your way through the process.
A button for printing all the account-opening documents that have to be signed.
A “SEND” button at the end of the process that lets you send the entire process to your relationship manager.
What are the main advantages of using this tool?
- The risk of error is drastically reduced: the application automatically generates all the account-opening documents for individuals without the need to search for them one by one.
- Integrated regulatory checks: the application asks you the relevant questions corresponding to your client's profile (UKRND, lump-sum taxation, etc.) and automatically selects the necessary documents.
- The number of signatures is reduced: the application generates booklets by collating the documents that can be signed together. In this way, the number of signatures required is reduced by a factor of 4-5
