About Alison Lim
Alison Lim joined Pictet Wealth Management in January 2025 as Chief Executive Officer, Singapore Branch, Banque Pictet & Cie SA.
With more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector, Alison brings a strong track record and deep expertise in wealth management leadership. Alison joined Pictet from BNP Paribas Wealth Management where she was the Head of South East Asia Markets. Prior to that, Alison held senior front office leadership roles at top tier private banks Credit Suisse and UBS Wealth Management in Singapore, covering clients across Asia and other international markets.
Alison started her career at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as an economist and subsequently played a key role in spearheading Singapore’s initiatives to develop as a wealth management hub.
Alison was a recipient of the prestigious MAS scholarship and graduated from Oxford University, UK with a Master of Arts in Economics and Philosophy.
